Connecting Slipstream to HubSpot and QuickBooks


Slipstream offers an integration from HubSpot to QuickBooks that creates and sends invoices when you close deals. We have a white glove integration process and work with you throughout the process to ensure your integration is customized to your specific needs.


Here are the steps we'll take to get you setup:

  1. 1. Determine your requirements on the first call with our Invoice Process Questionnaire
  2. 2. Review and finalize a Scope of Work document outlining the requirements for your integration.
  3. 3. Our team customizes the process for your integration inside of the Slipstream platform. This process varies by user, and we will help with any new deal properties required in HubSpot.
  4. 4. We review and test the integration with you. When you sign off on the setup, we walk you through the Slipstream signup process

  9. 4c. Select your HubSpot company. Unless you are working with multiple HubSpot environments, there will likely only be one option here.

  11. 4d. Approve the scopes required for Slipstream. We only request access to the scopes required to streamline your invoicing process, and never access data for outside purposes.

  13. 5. We assign your user ID to your integration settings within Slipstream
  14. 6. Run a live test for each scenario outlined in the scope of work.
